Air gap eccentric analysis and fault detection of traction motor

چکیده

Abstract To solve the problem of air gap eccentric fault traction motor, characteristic frequency is close to fundamental frequency, and decomposed affects each other, which easy cause spectrum aliasing. A reconstruction variational mode decomposition method proposed (reconstructed decomposition, RVMD); first all, construct stator current signal problem, find best number, obtain multiple modal functions, realize effective separation profile component signal. Then, function components with different frequencies amplitude can keep positions unchanged be reconstructed form a new spectrum. Experimental results show that RVMD detect weak faults timely effectively, has good application value.
